I won the Best Cover Artist award (for Liga Pendekar) at the PeKOMIK Awards yesterday.

Too bad my comic ‘Siapa?’ didn’t win anything.

But worry not, Pinky. We’ll take over the world next time!

Progression of Liga Pendekar cover art, from sketch to final artwork.

Looking back, I think the final artwork lacks the energy of the original sketch. It would be better if I leave some linework instead of going “fully painted” like this. Oh well.

Liga Pendekar is a graphic novel by Azhar Abdullah.
